One of the greater human sabotages comes from fear

Image may contain: one or more people, people standing, tree and outdoorOne of the greater human sabotages comes from fear. Fear breeds out of the ego, the part of you that gives you a sense of self worth. When left unchecked the ego will run uncontrollably initiating all sorts of chaos and drama. The ego thrives on drama and negativity. This is what gives the beast life. Fear is manifested from the darkness of ego the same way a female gives birth to its child.

Fear begins to grow and expand during your childhood development and upbringing. If you grew up in a household where you were constantly being told you’re no good and will never amount to anything, then as you grow older and set out to accomplish your life purpose, the fears that rise up from conquering your purpose will incessantly talk you out of it. The ego will talk you out of accomplishing anything positive by filling your mind with thoughts you heard from others growing up through adolescence. The dark ego says, “You can’t do that, you’re not qualified, you are wasting your time, and you will never be a success at anything.”

The repetitive words forever sift through your mind preventing you from taking action and getting to work. This creates a block that prevents you from going after what you desire. It is a block that forms a wall intended to disconnect you from the Divine. The Divine is where the answers, messages, and guidance reside in to help you travel down a smoother path while here.

From Drug and Alcohol Addiction to Health Conscious Spiritual Teacher

No automatic alt text available.

In my early 20’s, I used to do cocaine regularly among other things, but I would also drink carrot juice along with it too. Not only was I mixing the two, but at the house of the drug lords, the drug empress, the dealers, the convicts, the prostitutes, and hustlers, I would make them all drink it whenever I was there. You can imagine the looks on some of their faces as my arm would reach around them and tap their chest with a glass of orange stuff, “Drink it.” And they would, because I am a numerology #1 born, and those people are aggressive, strong, determined, and unwavering regardless if it’s something dangerous or promising. People naturally fall in line and do it.

Surprisingly, I’ve also never paid for drugs in my life, but I’m sure being involved romantically with a top dealer might have helped, but even long after I ended it due to the violence, the generosity of the drugs continued. I’ve been a lifelong addict responsible for getting hundreds of people to try drugs and alcohol, but spent six months quitting and detoxing when I received the [Michelle Pfeiffer] lucky break job offer at the ripe age of 23. I knew that was no accident and blowing that was not in the cards, especially since it opened the door to endless opportunities. Today, I get thousands of people to follow the path of Spirit instead of toxins.

Bestselling author Doreen Virtue had written in her Angel Detox book, “Kevin Hunter, a former addict whose coffee detox story appeared earlier in this chapter, believes that most people who are abusing drugs and alcohol are running from something. Usually it involves some kind of emotional trauma or unresolved emotional pain. They use drugs because they don’t like how they feel when they ‘aren’t’ using. When he wasn’t using drugs, he was drinking excessive amounts of alcohol until he blacked out. He adds that when you black out from alcohol, the angels say you’re more open to negative entities attaching themselves to you. Today, Kevin is extremely health conscious and fit. He exercises regularly, is strong and independent, and has a clear mind.”

Full Moon Release to Raise Your Vibration

Release that which has been delaying you and holding you back from positive progress.  You likely already know what you need to let go of, but are procrastinating out of fear or indecision.  It is anything or anyone that brings you down or prompts you to experience consistent inadequate feelings such as depression, anger or stress.  This also includes foods and substances that are not good for you and cause your body to react negatively such as giving you low energy or irritability.  This delays you from taking positive action and in moving forward. Release anything negative so that you can truly be free and soar upwards to where your higher self lives.  When you release negative stuff, then you are on your way to obtaining your dreams.  Your dreams come true as a result of this release, but you have to do the work. You have to release negative thoughts, patterns, lifestyle choices and people.

The Full Moon transit which happens once a month is a great time for releasing, re-aligning and then manifesting (positively – so watch your thoughts!)  Many use the night of the Full Moon to release that which no longer serves them or their higher self.  Release anything or anyone that you know is toxic and causes you to experience uncomfortable feelings.  The energy of the Full Moon is potent, intense, and powerful.  It brings up all sorts of feelings and thoughts. It has the power to magnify and direct your energy in large ways.  This is why it is important to be crystal-clear with your thoughts in general, and especially on the night of the Full Moon.

Simply having intention can make this release happen efficiently.  One way is by meditating or gazing upon the Full Moon for 5-15 minutes.  Take a deep breath in, exhale, and repeat until you are fully relaxed.  Breathe in and connect with the Moon so that you are one with it.  You can do this longer than 15 minutes if you choose.  Sitting underneath the Full Moon outside in order to make contact with you is even better.  Sometimes this is not realistic if it is a cloudy or rainy night, but as long as the intention is there is all that matters.  Mentally visualize what you would like to remove from your life.  Follow that with what you would like to see come to fruition.  This brings in your Spirit team by your side notating the work you are putting in to make healthy life changes.

Archangel Haniel is the hierarchy angel who you can benefit from working with.  Ask her to be with you through this Full Moon releasing process.  She awakens your third eye chakra which opens up clairvoyance.

Stuck in a job that sucks up your time, energy, and is bathed in toxins? Raising your vibration is necessary.

There are a great many talented healers and artists out there contributing positive work and efforts towards humanity and their life purpose, but sadly and unfortunately many of them are working at a “day job” on the side that they dislike.   They are stuck in jobs that suck up their time and energy making it challenging to pursue their true passion and make a decent living out of it.

What makes that feeling worse is that an enormous amount of these day jobs lower their morale because they’re also bathed in toxic energy with souls who are disconnected from spirit and the bigger picture.   As a sensitive this can be exceptionally taxing on your system, but this is wearing on anyone regardless if they are in tune or not.  Being aware of what’s greater than your physical body makes it more depressing to be in Earthly set ups that bring you permanently down.

If you’re in this kind of a situation, then you are aware that a high percentage of your time is connected to this day job on some level even when you’re not at work.  This stalls many talented people from working towards what they want to do with their life in the long run.  They soon give up and lose faith believing that the Universe is working against them and that they’re just not as lucky in the way that others are.  Don’t give up on the account of someone else.   I know it’s tough at times, but keep going, you can do it.

One man  told me that when he’s not at work he’s sometimes having dreams at night that involves his place of employment and with his colleagues.  This job is embedded deeply into his consciousness and it’s not even a job he likes all that much, but he’s always there which means there isn’t enough balance of personal and professional time.  Most of his days are spent at his job.  This is not entirely his fault as that’s the way the current break-your-back mentality mindset of human physical life is at this time in history.   Most jobs require you to be in the office full time which is currently set to “five days a week – nine hours a day”, depending on what city or country you reside in.  This time devoted to your job doesn’t include the getting ready for work and driving to and from your place of employment either.  The current work force is outdated and is been decades long overdue for a major overhaul and change.

When you’re asleep and having dreams about your job, then that’s a problem.  Your energy is too mired and infiltrated into something that doesn’t mean that much to you. You’re not at work and you’re still thinking about it!

It takes a warrior like effort to not allow this job to kill your life force and prevent you from working on your passion and life purpose.  There are a great many success stories out there throughout history from people who were in the same situation you’re currently struggling in, but they kept working hard on what they desired on the side during their down time, and eventually they transitioned out of that day job and into full time work doing what they love.

Keep forging on ahead fearlessly and making a personal pact to contribute a little bit of what you love towards your lifelong goals each day for a minimum of thirty minutes to an hour.  Whether that hour is used to read and research on your areas of interest, or you devote something positive towards what will ultimately be your life purpose income, such as creating a website, a social media page, postcards, etc.

You might complain you’re too tired or don’t have enough time or energy to contribute up to an hour a day into what could potentially be your full-time job.  This is a dilemma and a block for you, but if this is work you truly love, then it doesn’t feel like work.  It’s something you enjoy doing, so working on it is rarely a problem.   When someone cheerfully wants to do something, they’ll do it no matter how tired they are.  In fact, putting in work on your passion and love gives you a positive lift, a boost, and raises your vibration.  All of which are ingredients for incoming abundance.

Raising your vibration is a crucial element in giving you greater energy and a brighter mood.  This encourages you to make the time to contribute what you love.  Even after a long day at work at your day job, when you have more energy, then that’s energy to help push you to contribute towards work that you love.

The reason you’re exhausted at the end of each day is not because work is so tough at your day job, but it’s because this day job does not excite you on any level.  It sucks the life force right out of you, which means it’s also sucking the energy right out of you.

I’ve found that when I’m doing what I love, the energy keeps going beyond twelve hours where I don’t want to stop.  It’s a perpetual rushed excited high because I’m doing what I love that it doesn’t feel like work.  It’s fun and I’m getting paid for it too!  On top of that, I’m being extra careful with what I put in my system.  You know that if you have a glass of wine or a beer in the middle of the day, then you’re unlikely to put in any work into what you love.   Keeping your energy high and motivated on those days that you want to work on your life purpose require taking care of all aspects of your body, mind, and soul.

SACRAL CHAKRA – ORANGE. Awaken Your Creative Spirit

The Sacral Chakra is the second chakra located in the pelvic/reproductive area below the navel and slightly above the Root Chakra.   It glows a bright orange when spinning at a peak level.

The sacral chakra (pronounced Say-Krull) is connected to your passions, sensuality, and creativity.  It is what brings you joy, pleasure, and enjoyment.  When you express yourself creatively, then the cleaner your sacral chakra is.  If you have a healthy sex drive, or the creative part of you is fully awakened, then you have a strong sacral chakra.

Someone with perpetual addictive behavior patterns is likely to have a dirty sacral chakra.  There is a difference between a healthy sex drive and sex addiction.  There is a distinction between enjoying a beer or two, and drinking a six-pack in one sitting.    The enjoyment and pleasure of a glass of wine is beautiful as you soak in the valley of wine country on a hot Summer day.  The opposite extreme is drinking a bottle of wine alone every night in your room to escape or push down your emotions.  The addiction dirties up the sacral chakra.

Positive ways of clearing the sacral chakra are by immersing yourself into creative projects or a creative hobby.  Other ways to brighten up your sacral chakra are by partaking in exercises and lifestyle choices that improve your overall well-being, emotional state, which also awaken your creative side.

The sacral chakra is also connected to your reproductive organs, not just sexually, but the organs themselves from a health and clinical perspective.

When your emotional equilibrium is all over the place and not in balance, then this can cause your sacral chakra to become clogged and dirty.  You know this is the case if you find that your emotions are rising into co-dependency with anyone you come across whether it’s a love relationship, friendship, or someone you’re getting to know.   Someone who lives for toxic drama and gossip have a muddy sacral chakra.  Obsessions over food or gluttony lead to an unbalanced sacral chakra as well.

Activate your sacral chakra by partaking in activities that bring you joy and harmony.  This is pending that it is not toxic or an addiction.  Take a weekend getaway trip to somewhere amazing with a loved one.  Spend that time connecting and having fun together.  Kiss and make passionate love to one another.   Dive into a creative project or hobby.  All of this brightens up, activates, and awakens your sacral chakra

Bring your life and habits to the level of passion, sensuality, joy, harmony, sexuality, and creativity in order to balance out your sacral chakra.

Archangel Jophiel and Archangel Gabriel are the higher beings to call on to assist in balancing your sacral chakra.  They work by igniting your passion, sensuality, beauty, joy, and creativity essence.

There’s a Bad Moon Rising, like the song, but this too shall pass.

Image may contain: night and text

Saturn is making a hard Square with Neptune. A Square is like going to battle or climbing into the boxing ring. It’s basically negatively aspected confusing feelings and thoughts in someone. Saturn builds structures and puts up challenges for learning purposes. Neptune likes to remove those structures and focus on dreams and longings, but it can also be prone to illusions and deception. Put all of that together and you have an internal mess.

When you put Saturn and Neptune together in a square they do not play nice. This energy can make you feel as if you’re in an inner state of chaos while taking things more seriously than they really need to be. This placement likes to exaggerate a circumstance. And it’s also happening during that pesky Mercury Retrograde, which loves to create confusion and misunderstandings. The energy is so erratic it might prompt you to either silently exaggerate an issue to be bigger than it is, or even lash out over being unable to accept what has happened. It basically puts you in a bad mood.

Steer clear of going out this weekend to areas where you know you’ll be agitated easily. Get together with close trusted ones, especially if they’re positive lighthearted friends. Watch a comedy, get out into quiet nature to center yourself and let any negativity go.

It’s always best to avoid addictions, and a transit like this will push one into addictive behavior to cover up the nonsense that’s happening. This includes those who typically don’t get addicted. For example, someone might not be much of a drinker, but during this transit they find they’ve folded and cuddled up in bed with a couple bottles of wine. There is no judgment if you enjoy your drink. This is merely a warning that during this transit anyway it can make the stresses and confusion even worse than it is. And then you wake up feeling as if an Elephant is sitting on you. In the end, remember the true saying, “This too shall pass. It has no meaning.” Say it repeatedly to yourself if you have to.

Body Mind Spirit tips to raising your vibration

Image may contain: 3 people , outdoor

Tips to raising your vibration: Get out into nature, exercise, drink plenty of water, keep the faith, be happy-joyful-optimistic, absorb the sunshine (with sunscreen of course if you’re going out at high noon), rest and relax, maintain a healthy diet (keeping those indulgences in moderation if you’re unable to quit), play music, dance!, and above all show and express love, compassion, and kindness to others. These are simple steps that can assist in making circumstances easier and less stressful.

Your vibration is made up of undetectable cells to the human eye. These cells fluctuate and change colors depending on your mood, your thought processes, who you surround yourself with, as well as what you ingest into your body among many other “negative” things.

When you grow and evolve you raise your vibration.  Raising your vibration to a higher level takes work and discipline.  It is adopting an entirely new way of living.  It is viewing the planet, your life, your surroundings, and your soul in ways that you would not have noticed in a lower vibration state.

In my book, “Raising Your Vibration“, I talk about the methods that assist in cracking open the connection line to having crystal clear communication with your spirit team.

The FDA Food and Drug Administration Continues to Choose For You

The FDA (Food and Drug Administration) is indirectly responsible for the premature deaths of many human souls due to their abusive power and control on potentially lifesaving products that are considered illegal in some areas. They are deciding what they think should be approved and what you should or should not ingest in your own body. They are human beings and human beings are flawed. It is no one’s place to decide how you choose to live your life pending it isn’t harming anyone. The government regulating what others should or should not have needs to be equipped with spiritually based people who have a stronger connection outside of the physical, and therefore will be more likely to know what would be good or not.

There is also an excess of human made drugs, foods, or drinks that are considered toxic and poisonous to your body over time when taken regularly or in large quantities. These products are ironically LEGAL.

People are afraid of the word illegal, but something is only illegal, because mankind made it that way. It doesn’t mean they are always right. The FDA is made up of flawed human beings making decisions for you. And in fact, over time things that were legal were made illegal and vice versa as they later discovered they made an error in judgment (which is typical). Examine all of the atrocities and destruction created out of the choices humankind thought to be correct in the past and you get a pretty good observation into how you are controlled.

This is illustrating the way human souls perceive things around them. Most of it can be connected to the way that person was taught. If you started out on Earth alone with no one else telling you what to do, what to eat, what to drink, then it would be interesting to note how you view your surroundings.   And it’s been no surprise that I’ve NEVER been a fan of the FDA at all.  Don’t decide for me what YOU think is best.  This is also why I vote towards minimum governing in the political sphere.  You don’t have the market cornered on what is best for me.  The higher power does.

Cuddling, hugging, and touching have immense therapeutic properties

Cuddling, hugging, and touching have immense therapeutic properties. These acts assist to bring down your cortisol levels more rapidly than anything else. When you engage in these activities with someone, or your romantic partner, it assists in lightening the load or dissolving traces of unhappiness, stress, or upset. It raises your vibration and boosts oxytocin levels, which is the love drug hormone that calms your entire body and expands the soul’s light. Even if you don’t have a love partner, hugging a friend, or a pet can offer the same benefits.

Being physically touched and kissed repeatedly is like oxygen to me. It has the same endorphin release one gets through exercise. I am a walking love bug Casanova after all, which in the past has been a handful or detrimental when I placed it in the hands of the passion-less, the unromantic, or the non-committal.

Partaking in love activities such as regular touch can open up your clair channels to receive clearer guidance and messages from above in this state. Being in love releases the dopamine and oxytocin hormones. What’s erupted are upbeat feelings that create an overall sense of positive well-being. You’re basically high on life! You’re suddenly more focused and energetic able to accomplish things that you had previously put aside before you experienced Earth’s saving miracle called love. Love is like a drug, but a healthy one that gives you a natural high that no vice, cigarette, drink, drug, or bad food can offer or reach.

Like the song remember to just let your love flow like a mountain stream…

The Courage to be Creative: How to Believe in Yourself, Your Dreams and Ideas, and Your Creative Career Path by Doreen Virtue

The Courage to be Creative

How to Believe in Yourself, Your Dreams and Ideas, and Your Creative Career Path

This was an enjoyable book that I found to be motivating, inspirational, interesting, and helpful for the creative artist in all souls.   I would also highly recommend this to writers looking to navigate the current book publishing market. This book is not limited to writers as most anyone can benefit from the inspirational to the motivational in this piece and incorporate it into their lives in some way.

This was entertaining, uplifting and informational on many levels.  There were some offerings and guidance I already partake in, but to read it from another helped solidify, “Okay, I’m doing what I’m supposed to or I’m on the right track.”  There were a great many other things existing in this that I hadn’t considered.    It was an encyclopedia of all things pertaining to creativity on all levels whether it’s an art project or a business venture to finding creative ways of doing things.  There is the spiritual as well as the practical.

The book is broken up into two sections or parts.  The first part is the initial incubation stages of creativity that focuses on getting creative called, “Courage during the Creative Process”.  The second part of the book is for those interested in turning one’s creative work into a business and putting it out there for the world.  That section is called, “Courage to Make a Living – and a Contribution – with Your Creative Work.”

  • The focus of part two is heavy up on fascinating tidbits for the writers and authors out there.  I’d definitely recommend they check this book out.  There are also exciting reveals from the author Doreen Virtue and some of her struggles, challenges, and how she was able to channel that into abundance and blessings in her creative career.   This can also help anyone looking to be inspired regardless if they’re interested in turning their creativity into a career or not.  It’s difficult for me to get through a book as I have a short attention span, but this was interesting and exciting enough for me personally that I couldn’t wait to turn the page.

The chapter names below can assist in giving you a good idea of some of the topics covered.  They all start with, “The Courage to….”  The Courage to Be Your Creative Self, to Feel Your Feelings, to Get Clarity, to Start Creating, to Divine Inspiration, to Quiet Your Mind and Be Receptive, to Make Time for Your Creativity, to Stay Focused.

The second section has the same beginning, “The Courage to…”  The Courage to Visualize Success, to Put Yourself Out There, to Show Your Creative Project to Others, to Turn Dreams into Reality, to Market Your Creative Work, to Accept Payment for the Creative Work, to Handle Ambiguity and Uncertainty, to Be Your Own Authority Figure, to Do Whatever it Takes.

This is an excellent book I’m endorsing for anyone looking to dive into the colorful innovative world of creativity.

Several months before, “The Courage to be Creative” came out, my own book on creativity had hit the shelves called, “Awaken Your Creative Spirit“, which is available in paperback and e-book form.

Some of my personal stories have been featured in three Doreen Virtue books that include Angel Detox, the Miracles of Archangel Gabriel, and Living Pain Free.
