The voices of spirit are uplifting and calm, even if it is warning you of danger. They will guide, inspire, and lovingly coax you onward on your higher self’s path. Their intention is to help you stay focused and clear minded in order to accomplish your life purpose goals. They’re not fans of seeing anyone experience negative emotions and therefore desire to help you swiftly move past that when it hits you. It’s part of the human condition to have easy access to these feelings, since that is the doorway to communicating with Spirit. When the negative emotions over take you, then this blocks communication and does more harm than good to your overall well-being.

Even the most centered person on the planet experiences negative feelings from time to time. When that happens, they can readily glide over it and move back into a focused detached emotional state, rather than dwelling in the toxicity of negative emotions. Address something with assertive compassion that needs to be addressed, then let it go and move on.

The centered soul is in tune and can easily hone in on the reasoning behind someone’s actions that might have bothered them to begin with. They do this without judgement. This isn’t to be confused with making excuses for someone’s poor behavior, but it’s understanding what’s behind an action and choosing not to be a part of any blame, drama, or anything that brings you down or riles you up negatively. When you move into negative territory, then revert to focusing on activities and people that make you smile.
