Those in healthy long term love relationships report to being happier, calmer, more motivated, and less stressed in their life

Those in healthy long term love relationships report to being happier, calmer, more motivated, and less stressed in their life in general than those who are single. Note I said, “healthy’, because being in a drama ridden love relationship, or unrequited one sided love connection is just as bad on your health than being addicted to a toxic substance. You might as well be single. Healthy long term love relationships between two people facing in the same direction and who have each other’s backs tend to be less depressed, have less anxiety and lowered blood pressure. It motivates them to accomplish more and they tend to live happier and longer. The immense health benefits in a healthy long term love relationship are endless. Of course I’m not advocating that everyone jump into a long term love relationship. There are some people who are just not cut out for it or they prefer to be alone and single.
